About Ho Ting Restaurant
At Ho Ting, we are proud to present to you of a variety of styles of Chinese cuisine originating from the Canton, Szechuan, Beijing and Hong Kong regions. Each dish is prepared with creativity and artistic culinary skills that Chef Lau has developed in his 20 years of experience in Chinese cuisine. He left Rainbow Chinese Restaurant after a three-year tenure as head chef to start Ho Ting and was previously chef at David Fong’s in Bloomington.
